Our Policies

Shipping 

All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days. Although orders may be placed anytime, no processing will occur on Sunday. You will receive a confirmation when your order is placed and another notification when your order has shipped with tracking information. Your candles will be shipped using UPS, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive once shipping has occurred. Morningstar Chandlery is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the shipping process. We are currently exploring international shipping options.

Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, item(s) must be unused and in the original condition that you received them. Your return must also be in the original packaging. To begin the return process email Natasha@morningstarchandlery.net within 30 days of delivery. You will receive a response within 1-2 business days and a return authorization will be issued.

If you decide to complete your return, Morningstar Chandlery requires the return to be received no later than 10 business days after the return authorization was issued. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs and the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 7 business days. Morningstar Chandlery reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these specifications.
