To be eligible for return, item(s) must be unused and in the original packaging. To begin the return process email Natasha@morningstarchanlery.net within 30 days of delivery. You will receive a response within 1-2 business days and a return authorization will be issued.

If you decide to complete your return, Morningstar Chandlery requires the return to be received no later than 10 business days after the return authorization was issued. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs and the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 3 business days. Morningstar Chandlery reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these specifications.
